What letters are available for examinees?
Communications to examinees contain client-specific wording and typically fall into 2 different categories, although additional types of letters are available upon request.
Notification of Test Results
Notification-type letters are generally created immediately after the interpreting physician's release of the FINAL report of test results. It typically contains information pertaining to directing the examinee as to what has been recommended next in the continuum of care based on their imaging procedure(s).
Reminder to Obtain Follow-up
Reminder type letters are generally created just prior to the next recommended imaging event as noted by the interpreting physician in the examinee's LAST report of test results. These letters may be framed to offer messages pertaining to immediate, interval, annual, bi-annual, overdue, or lost-to-follow-up scenarios.
