What’s a Logix Hub client?

Once you have logged in select the link labeled Clients on the Side Menu of Logix-Hub for access to the client(s) you have authorized access to begin.

  • Clients are the organizational foundation of the Logix-Hub application.

  • Clients with a single facility have one Group member. Clients with multiple facilities have Group members equal to the total number of locations. Reporting for a multi-facility Client is performed for separate Group members and as an aggregate for the entire Client.

  • Clients with multiple facilities have Group members equal to the total number of locations. These Groups can be sub-divided into a Sub-Group with the capability of reporting a collection of Groups and as an aggregate for the entire Client.

Client Examples

Client 1 - Multiple locations serving the same geographic community within a single healthcare system

The outcomes for examinees imaged at any location in Client 1 will be tracked throughout the entirety of the healthcare system. For instance, if Group A is a screening facility and examinees are scheduled at Group B for diagnostic procedures and interventional work is performed at Group D the outcome will be tracked back to the initial screening performed at Group A. In addition, tracking records are maintained for each individual facility. It is also possible to track sub-groups within an aggregate group.

Individual user access is design to mirror the granularity of the healthcare system. This means permitting access to either a single location, sub-group of locations, or the aggregate of all locations. Such as:

  • Individual Location
    • Group A, or B, or C, or D
  • Sub-Groups
    • Any combinations of 2 or 3 Individual Locations
      • Groups A, B; or A, C; or A, D; or B, C; or B, D; or C, D
      • Groups A, B, C; or A, B, D; or A, C, D; or B, C, D
  • Aggregate
    • Group A, and B, and C, and D

Client 2 - Independent imaging location

Examinees imaged at the individual location will be tracked based on services and information provided by the single location. User access will be limited to one location.

Client 3 - Multiple locations serving different geographic communities within a single healthcare system

In this scenario, each location serves a different geographic community. However, all are part of the same healthcare system. In this case, it is possible to limit facility user's access to the individual location while also permitting system users access to an individual location, a combination of any sub-group of locations, or an aggregate of all locations.

Client 4 - Independent imaging location

Examinees imaged at the individual location will be tracked based on services and information provided by the single location. User access will be limited to one location.
