What is the Lung Cancer Screening Registry (LCSR)
According to the American College of Radiology, the ACR Lung Cancer Screening Registry® (LCSR) is approved by CMS to enable providers to meet quality reporting requirements for receiving Medicare CT lung cancer screening payment. It is designed to systematically audit and report on the interpretation of lung screening CT exams.
As part of the ACR National Radiology Data Registry (NRDR®), the LCSR leads the effort in developing benchmarks and comparisons to help imaging facilities improve the quality of patient care.
